Conference Rooms
- Capacity: Up to 8
- Booking limits: Up to 4 hours per day, 2 reservations per week per user or group, book up to 30 days in advance.
- Equipment: Dry-erase board, table with 8 chairs, electrical outlets, Wi-Fi
- Videoconferencing equipment: Large screen, computer, webcam. Or, connect your laptop to the screen via HDMI. (Note: the webcam only works with the room's computer.)
- Non-alcoholic beverages in closed containers and small amounts of snack foods are allowed. Please avoid food that is messy or has an odor.
- Rooms do not lock. Please stay with your personal belongings.
Reservations will be held for 15 minutes past the reservation start time. If the user has not arrived by that time, the reservation may be canceled and given to another user on a first-come, first-served basis.
