Event Room
- The Event Room requires a rental fee of $120 per hour (residents) or $150 per hour (non-residents). See rental fees and room rental details.
- Reservations may be made between 3 days and one year in advance.
- The Multipurpose Room may be reserved for no additional fee, if available.
Booking Rules for Use:
- A Day-of-Contact must be designated to complete the reservation. The Day-of-Contact must be present for the entire duration of the event.
- The Day-of-Contact must check in with a Library employee at the start and end of the reservation to ensure that all room use policies have been followed before the room is locked.
- Users are responsible for their own setup and cleanup, including Library tables, chairs, and equipment, and should add time to their reservation to do so.
- Library spaces may not be used for business or monetary solicitation, sale of items or services, or fundraising activities. Admission fees may not be charged. Commercial use is not permitted.
