Meeting Rooms

Purpose: For larger groups (8+)

Cost: Free

Booking Rules for Use:

• Reserve up to 60 days in advance. Maximum of two reservations per month for any person, group, or organization using meeting rooms at either Brookwood or Shute Park libraries.
• A Day-of-Contact must be designated to complete the reservation. The Day-of-Contact must be present for the entire duration of the event.
• The Day-of-Contact must check in with a Library employee at the start and end of the reservation to ensure that all room use policies have been followed before the room is locked.
• Users are responsible for their own setup and cleanup, including Library tables, chairs, and equipment, and should add time to their reservation to do so. 
• Library spaces may not be used for business or monetary solicitation, sale of items or services, or fundraising activities. Admission fees may not be charged. Commercial use is not permitted.
• Walk-ins are accepted if rooms are available; a reservation is still required.

Reservations will be held for 15 minutes past the reservation start time. If the user has not arrived by that time, the reservation may be canceled and given to another user on a first-come, first-served basis.
