Meeting Rooms

• Meeting rooms may require a rental fee. See rental fees and room rental details.
• Groups or individuals may rent meeting rooms up to 3 times per month.
• Reservations may be made between 3 and 90 days in advance.
• An exception is made for the Event Room and the combination of the Event Room and the Multipurpose Room which may be booked up to one year in advance. Contact staff for this exception.
• Room use beyond reserved times will incur additional fees. Make sure the reservation includes any needed setup and cleanup time.

For after-hours reservations, please note:

• All meeting room use outside of regular open hours, regardless of the organization, will have a facility-use fee.
  Regular hours are Monday - Thursday: 10 am to 8 pm, and Friday - Sunday: 10 am to 6 pm.
  Meeting rooms may be reserved between 7 am and 11 pm.
