Study and Conference Rooms
- Capacity: Study Rooms - up to 4. Conference Rooms - up to 8.
- Rooms must be booked using the reservation software, even for walk-ins if rooms are available.
- Booking limits: Up to 4 hours per day, 2 reservations per week per user or group, book up to 60 days in advance.
- Rooms may not be used for business or monetary solicitation, sale of items or services, or fundraising activities. Admission fees may not be charged. Commercial use is not permitted.
- Non-alcoholic beverages in closed containers and small amounts of snack foods are allowed. Please avoid food that is messy or has an odor.
- Rooms do not lock. Please stay with your personal belongings.

- Videoconferencing equipment: Large screen, computer, webcam. Or, connect your laptop to the screen via HDMI. (Note: the webcam only works with the room's computer.)
Reservations will be held for 15 minutes past the reservation start time. If the user has not arrived by that time, the reservation may be canceled and given to another user on a first-come, first-served basis.
