Study Room

• Capacity: Up to 12
• Booking limits: Up to 4 hours per day, 2 reservations per week per user or group, book up to 60 days in advance.
• Rooms must be booked using the reservation software, even for walk-ins if rooms are available.
• Equipment: Table with 12 chairs, electrical outlets, Wi-Fi
• Videoconferencing equipment: Large screen, computer, webcam. Or, connect your laptop to the screen via HDMI. (Note: the webcam only works with the room's computer.)
• Non-alcoholic beverages in closed containers and small amounts of snack foods are allowed. Please avoid food that is messy or has an odor.
• Rooms may not be used for business or monetary solicitation, sale of items or services, or fundraising activities. Admission fees may not be charged. Commercial use is not permitted.

Reservations will be held for 15 minutes past the reservation start time. If the user has not arrived by that time, the reservation may be canceled and given to another user on a first-come, first-served basis.
